Linda Kurti
Linda Kurti PhD founded Stillpoint in 2021 to support performance improvement within non-profit organisations. An expert facilitator, researcher and strategist, Linda has built her expertise through performance, management and leadership roles in the arts, academia, international development and consulting. She brings a multi-dimensional perspective to the task of organisational change, with extensive experience in leading evidence-informed research, strategic and organisational development processes.
Linda is known for her demonstrated ability to build teams and to bring people together for a common purpose. She creates an enabling environment for leaders and teams to create solutions that are grounded in evidence and improve outcomes.
Linda is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management, a Certified Health Executive, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the International Association of Facilitators and a member of the Social Impact Measurement Network of Australia. Linda is also an Adjunct Fellow in the School of Public Health at the University of Technology Sydney and serves on the Board of Anglicare Sydney. She is active as a mentor and adviser for senior and mid-level professionals.

Rachael Logie is an economist and a director with the Hadron Group, an advisory firm focussed on urban infrastructure and social services. Linda and Rachael collaborate on projects requiring financial evaluations, economic impact assessments or social and financial benefits analyses.
Sotica is an organisational development consultancy with expertise in governance, co-design and communication. Linda and Sotica’s Principal, Leighton Jay, collaborate on projects related to disability practice and service improvement.
Untapped Customer is Australia’s first market recruitment organisation specialising in finding people with a disability for paid market research. Linda collaborates with founder Ann Drieberg on projects that seek to include the voice of people with disability in product and service design and delivery
The Kindness Company is a social change collective that works with individuals and communities to build capacity to live well, age well and die well. Managing Director Harpreet Kalsi-Smith collaborates with Linda on projects related to ageing well, palliative and end-of-life care.
